We invented the brushless torque motor and controlling system of EV in 1996 , and established a electric bicycle(EB) factory in HeBei province, We began to study the electric motorcycle  in 1997 ,then  in 1998 motorcycles using our patented technology of brushless torque motor and controlling system had been exported to countries in Europe and America. In 1999 we finished the simulated experiment of brushless motor and controlling system of electric automobiles.  We applied the patent of quick charger that can finish the charging task in an hour in 2000 . We are granted the updated patent of brushless torque motor in 2002.  We invented  Power Chair Controller and 1- 15 kilowatt Series Motor controllers & E-car in 2005. We invented  wheel independent drive systems for E-car & 1-10 kilowatt Brushless Motor Controllers in 2007 .

Now we produce all types of controllers and converter for electric vehicles (EV) and electric boats(EB).
Our electronic pulse-width modulated (PWM) controllers that includes low voltage battery protection, peak amperage protection,maximum speed protection,and stall protection. For example;0.2 to 15 kilowatt DC Brush Electric Vehicle Controllers & Series Motor controllers,0.2 to 10 kilowatt Brushless Motor Controllers, Power Chair Controller & Dual DC motor controller, DC-DC converter(Rises voltage or Falls voltage),solar controller (solar charger). Control System On Sea Scooters.
